foj case

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa
My husband was locked up by the us marshalls for traffic warrants in sc. I paid off his warrants and phila. is still holding him, they said they are gonna hold him for 90 days until sc produces a warrant for him. I called sc and there are no open warrants for him. How do i get him out before the 90 days, his bail is too high to pay!
