There are a few references to this on the Marin County Court website.

County Of Marin: Marin County Superior Court

and

County Of Marin: Marin County Superior Court-Results of Search by Case Number

Case Number CIV062813 was filed in 2006, as "ADVICE COMPANY VS UNKNOWN ABUSIVE USER"

The defendant in that case shows as "PETER M. ARCARESE"

The court schedule shows a settlement conference scheduled for next week (10/28/09) and a jury trial scheduled for next month (11/17/09)

It was weird... for the longest time he was an great contributor. Then he flipped and became super potty mouth.

I thought he turned out to be a paralegal???

BTW - we quit calling him by name. The reference is "he who shall not be named". I'm surprised this post has stayed up and open for so long.

If I recall correctly, that is a docket entry (or whatever CA calls them) from 07 or 08 about a motion that IAAL lost.
