Hipaa violation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO

I WAS TERMINATED TODAY BECAUSE OF A HIPAA VIOLATION. I WAS TOLD OF MY VIOLATION, NOTHING WAS SHOWN TO ME. I HAVE NEVER DISCUSSED A PATIENT'S RECORDS WITH ANYONE, JUST, AS THEY SAID ACCESSED AN ACCOUNT

You have just posted your question in a forum whose title specifically includes the phrase "Not Legal Questions". If you wish to get the answers you're looking for, please delete this thread and find the appropriate forum in which to post your question. Also, you may wish to refrain from posting in all caps; the vets on this board tend to hate that.
