how to file a harrassment charge

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
How can I file a harrassment/defamation charge against my ex-boyfriends ex-wife? She filed a false police report and was granted a restrainng order against him and when I read the report that was hand-written by her, she stated false information about what I had said to her during a phone call that I am furious about and could potentially cause me problems with my ex-husband and the custody I have of 2 young children that reside at our residence. Please help in any way....
