Just need advise

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WEST VIRGINIA

I HAVE RECENTLY MET A MAN, THAT IS A SEX OFFENDER, HE WAS 22 AND THE GIRL WAS 17. I HAVE TOO CHILDERN . DO I TRUST HIM TO BE AROUND MY CHILDERN. HE DID NOT HAVE A CHILD VICTIM SO I AM CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT TO DO. HIS PAROAL SAYS HE IS NOT ALLOWED AROUND THEM BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND. CAN SOMEONE JUST TRY AND EXPLAIN IT TO ME AND HELP ME OUT..What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

However, as to what to do? Give your children up for adoption. This shouldn't even be a question a mother needs to ask
