tenant/landlord issues

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon

my landlord served us with a 72 hour eviction notice 2 weeks ago. We went to court and she dismissed ALL of the charges against us. Now on Friday she posted another 72 hour notice of eviction on our door is this legal I thought she had to give us at least a 30 day notice?

Tenant/Landlord issues should be posted in the forum that has a similar name (and yes, it is there), and probably not in a forum that includes the phrase "Not Legal Questions," n'est-ce pas?
