I let my son's father drive my car home a week ago. He lives about 10 houses down. His 14 y/o sister snuck in his room and took the keys from his dresser and took the car out to see her boyfriend. About 3-4 miles down the road she got pulled over for doing 68 in a 45 (!) and got taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. They couldn't get a hold of me that night so they called her family to come get the car. The cops let them drive my car home. I want to know if I can press charges against the girl. I'm furious with her and want her to pay the consequences.
