I got a DWI three years ago but it was never put on my record because it was my first time and I had a clean record. The officers ran my licences through and it still did not come up. So this one is put down as my 1st DWI. I am sure that it is going to come up before this is all over with. My question is will I have to do any jail time. I have disabled son who I am the only one to care for him. Will they take that into consideration. I sold my car so that I could pay my fine. And I am already set to start the MAD, Defensive Driving classes and all else that is needed.
