What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee. Back in 2011 I got charge with False Report but took a plea bargain for 911-non-emergency misdemeanor. Well a year later I go for a job and they tell me I got a Felony for 911 non-emergency even show me the background check and It did say it, All i wanna know is it anyway they couldve messed up and what should i do?

The false report statutes are all felonies of varying degrees. You should never plead guilty to anything without legal counsel as to the implications of doing so.
