My boyfriend was arrested in 1999 and he stabbed someone but it was self defense and he was 18 when he did it and he is 20 now he got sentenced to 3 years so he will be out novmeber 2001. but he got a appeal and they look at it tomorrow i was wondering if u think he will get this appeal and get time cut. this is his first crimes. and if he does get time how much will be cut.
