What is the name of your state? Florida

Back in 1994, my brother in law "touched" a minor who is now 21 years old.
My question: Has the statues of limitations expired? If not, When it will?

There are a lot of variables in this. I am sure someone else can cite the actual statutes.

But, since you speak as if this is fact, I sure hope you are not allowing him near your kids.
