I am a 21 year old female, with a clean record, no prior offenses.
I am being charged with 23 counts of a1 access device fraud.
stating that i used the card 23 times, used at multiple places.
the total spent on the card was $306.85.
I have not been arrested for this. I have admitted to the police before the charges came, that I had committed the crime, and filled out a statement.
I do not have a lawyer as of yet. my court date is june 10th.
ANY ADVICE?!?!
will I end up serving time?!
