Under Missouri Law What is the Statute of Limitations for Aggrevated assault charges being filed by the prosecutor if the victim was 3 years of age in 1971 and is now discovering through obtained medical records that the assault occured resulting in life threatening injuries? Or does the prosecutor have the option of charging her the perpetrator with Attempted Murder?
