Who is THIS person? How is the other a "known pedophile". Who is accusing this person?

What is the prior criminal history of this person? Were any of the children molested/raped/abused by the alleged pedophile?

This person was aware that the guy watching his children was a convicted pedophile. The pedophile was not supposed to be around children, period. He had just been released from jail for serving the time for his conviction.

Since this person was aware of the pedophile's history, he was then arrested for aiding and abetting a foreseeable crime. (I'm not positive of the exact verbiage)

That is also where the 3 counts of child endangerment come in. Since he was aware that the person could hurt the children, he was then endangering them.

The accused does have a criminal history that is not related to this sort of offense.

At this time, there is no evidence of the children being harmed by the pedophile.

I'm just looking for the possible minimum and maximum sentence for the crimes.

How much time could a person serve for placing a known convicted pedophile in the presence of children? And, what is the minimum and maximum time a person could serve for each count of child endangerment?

And that's the problem here. Who arrested him? What were the exact charges? The charges may be different based upon what crime was being aided.

They are only charging him with "endangerment to the well being of a child". Is that considered a misdemeanor in the state of Alabama?

He was arrested by the city police. If he is convicted, what is the minimum penalty and maximum time he could spend in jail?

We still do not know how many counts they are charging him with. 1-3?
