What is the name of your state?New York I not sure if this is the right spot fro this or not,but here goes:Does someone who has been convicted of a felony(they are now free) have the right to own property-I.E. a house, car(s)land,
etc? What if the persons' name is on a deed to a house?Does it matter if the house was deeded/property was legally owned by the person convicted of the felony BEFORE they were convicted?
