I am looking at a charge of attempted theft of less than 100 dollars. I am wondering if I can get PBJ (Probation Before Judgement) being this is my first offense? If I plead guilty, what conditions would I face? I am married with a 10 month son and a girl on the way. I am working and have an excellent background. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
