What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I hit a street sign with my car one Sunday morning. It was right next to my house, so I drove it home and didn't think much of it. The next day they police tried to impound my car and cited me for criminal damage, and leaving the scene of an accident. I have court on the 25th, and I'm not sure what to do? Also does anyone know the minimum fines, etc or where i can maybe look them up myself?

I believe it is a third class misdemeanor. You didn't need to remain at the scene (I believe), but you were required to report it.

The max for a class 3 is 30 days jail, year probation, and $500 fines.
