Hi.

Can a person who already served time for a crime be accused/arrested for another earlier crime?

(for example, is the person served time for a robbery that occurred in 1998, can he/she be processed for a robbery that ocurred in 1995 - provided the evidence was just found?)

Does this apply to all crimes?

Thanks

Do you think the time served for robbery in one case will relieve the robber of other offenses (of robbery) they had commmitted?

As for applying to all other crimes, some have staute of limitations while some don't.
