eeeeeeeewwwwwwwww thats a hard one because if an undercover was in that area chances are they had servalience on that area and only if he served that undercover four times they probley watched him make other sales... and who knows how long they have been watching him. And they document all this and bring it up in court. now the question is does he have a prior record.? and who ever and where ever he sells need to be advised to watch out cuz there will be a raid.......

Bellestar,

I don't think advising a bunch of hoodlums that the cops are watching them is the discourse intended for a law board.

Remember, selling crack cocaine is still AGAINST the law.

Admittedly, crooks are entitled to a fair and compentent defense, which is what this board is about. It is not intended as a means to obstruct justice.

Of course, if you warn them they may get raided, they might stop selling the crack which would accomplish the same results as if they did get raided without wasting all the money the state would have to put out for a public defender, court costs etc.
On the other hand, if they are like most dealers, they won't believe that "they" would get raided, being too careful, lucky etc. so warning them won't have any effect anyway.

Man, if it were just that easy.

"Oh my gosh, there's going to be a raid, we better go sell our crack at Jimmy's crack house down the street so we don't get busted."
