When a person is arrested without a warrant should there be a probable casue determination hearing adequately preserved for review subsequet to challenge pursuant to MCR 6.102(B) and a record kept pursuant to MCR 8.119(D)(1)(c)? What would be the outcome of the porceedings if there is a failure to adhere to these court rules?
