My fiance has been incarcerated since January for arson. He is not the only one being charged with the same crime, one other is involved. He is not set to go to trial until November. Why so long? He has written letters from the other inmate stating he knows my fiance was just in the car and will ''make the truth known''. The one that said that also said he is "still in the dark about everything". We have our own lawyer but he is gettin paid but doesnt want to help! What can we do to make sure this evidence is stated in the case and let justice free an innocent man?
