What is the name of your state? Michigan

I was driving down the street today with two others riding along. All of a sudden a car came up and started riding my rear bumper, and then sped up to get side by side... and when i got to a stop sign he purposely rear ended me (no damage done). I got out and asked him what his problem was and he claimed one of my passengers had flipped him off.. my passengers had no idea what he was talking about. Could I possibly do anything about this?

Call the police. Road rage is a serious matter. And most police departments are treating it that way.
