What is the name of your state?
I am located in NC, but the case is in NY.

I was one of numerous victims of assault by the criminal... they want to take the case before the Grand Jury. I have never wished to be involved in this case, but I have been told that I will be subpoenaed to testify at the Grand Jury hearing, if need be.

I always thought that giving testimony was a voluntary thing... what are my rights in this situation?

Please contact me at [email protected].
