Recently my brother was badly beaten up by a gang.He received 100+ stitches and was left in a bad way. He has a 9inch scar on his face and hasn't got the use of his left hand. The police were involved but no arrests were made. I was just wondering is there any way he can get compensated for this attack off the state or any one so he can try and rebuild his life.
