I had trouble with a bad check about 6 years ago. There was warrant issued for my arrest about a month ago, but I am going to call and have myself put on the docket. The DA said they would recall the warrant. What should I do to prepare for going to court and what can I expect to happen. I need to ask the judge to let me pay out the amount. I have no other record and haven't been in trouble before.
