My uncle was just arrested for possesion of some sort. I have the Notice to appear form and i don't know what these codes are: CS 2ND DBL. Can someone interpret that for me?

Uncle had crack. And from what i understand it was either a large amount or a lot of individual packages. The man at the jail told me he was being charged with delivery. <--- But that doesn't mean I know for sure.

This has to be one of the dumbest questions I have read in a long time.

It's not very difficult to answer either. Obviously I don't know that is why I am asking.

I was wondering what kind of patty he was whacking

You say that you found it on your computer; are you trying to decide if you should keep it, or delete it?

Uhoh, sounds like yet another case of those overly generous thieves who break into peoples homes and cars and leave them gifts, like beastiality porn on their computer and weed in their car. I suspect this may be national. Alert your local authorities.

OFFENCES AGAINST CHASTITY, MORALITY, &c.

Sec. 22. Every person who shall cruelly beat or torture any horse, ox or other animal, whether belonging to himself or to another, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not more than one year, or by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.

Michigan’s “Crime Against Nature or Sodomy” statute proscribes conduct
commonly known as “sodomy” and “bestiality.” Although those two termsdo not appear in the statute, the phrase “crime against nature” does appear,
and at common law a “crime against nature” embraced both sodomy and
bestiality. People v Carrier, 74 Mich App 161, 165 (1977).

MCL 750.158 provides:
“Any person who shall commit the abominable and detestable crimeagainst nature either with mankind or with any animal shall be guiltyof a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not morethan 15 years, or if such person was at the time of the said offense asexually delinquent person, may be punishable by imprisonment inthe state prison for an indeterminate term, the minimum of whichshall be 1 day and the maximum of which shall be life.”

And by the way, Michigan is one of a few states where Necrophilia is NOT illegal
