bogus violation

What is the name of your state? Alaska
I go to court Wed for a violation on a DwI. I was actually in treatment for six months doing good. Drank Xmas, but am back now trying to get back into to center.
Problem is there was no communication with the Director of the program, and he thought I was just out on the streets having a good ole time. He is balking at believing I will be in treatment again soon. I need to give him some kind of assurance.
what shall I do????

Assurance of what? That you were doing good? It sounds like to me you just need to stop drinking. Maybe your legal problems will begin to get straightened out.
