I let my "friend" borrow a couple of valuable comic books about 11/2 years ago. Since then I have made repeated requests for the return of these books. She kept promising to return the books. Conviently, I was fired from the company where I worked at with her. Now she wont return my emails when I ask for the book. (Did I forget to mention her dad owns that company)
All I want is my books back, but I wanted to know were this stands legally, can i sue her or have her arrested , or even both????? Or, am I out of luck since I let her borrow the items to begin with???
