What is the name of your state? CA

I have recently been told that a person may intend to attempt to procucute me for Computer Fraud. What is that statute of lmititaions on this? If the aleged crime was more then 18 months ago, should I even be concerned?

If it's a felony allegation (and it probably is) than the CA SOL is likely three years.
