What is the name of your state? CA

Hello, I have a friend in PA who used to live in CA 25 years ago. Apparently, he was working at a porn shop in Sherman Oaks then and when it was raided he was arrested. He posted bail, left CA for PA and has never been back. He's a good friend and we've asked him to be in our wedding in CA--do the statute of limitations apply in his case?

Thank you!

My response:

No. He's a "bail jumper" and fugitive from justice. Warrants do not expire.

Sorry, but you might have to video conference that friend into your wedding without exposing him to the justice that has yet to be administered were he to return to the state.
