I'm asking on behalf of a friend. He lives in the US and has a 3rd world girl. The girl's ex lives in the US. My friend heard the ex is going to tell her parents about their relationship via Facebook. This will be very bad for the girl. Can the ex be charged if he does this and something bad happens?

No.

(Not in the US, at least)
