My son was arrested last nite,No attorney as yet, I can't speak with him(son). Guessing he should plead not guilty. Can I stand up at arraignment and speak to the court on his behalf to plead not guilty? He is 18, not a juvenile.

Your son will be appointed an attorney at arraignment if he cannot afford to hire one, You cannot speak for him as you at not an attorney. He is legally an adult - he will have to speak for himself. And will get an attorney at that time. Until he gets an attorney, he shodl not discuss his case wiht anyone in law enforcement or in the court room.
