What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I went to prison for four months. Before I went I pawned my
car. While I was away I sent my ex-girlfriend limited power
of attorney so she could get my car out. On the power of
attorney it said she had permission to drive it until I get
out and pay her the money she paid to get it out. Well, she
got the car, forged my title, and I believe sold it. She
says I have to pay her over a thousand dollars in storage
fees. Did she have a right to forge my title? Isn't what
she did a crime?
