I was woundering if they can do this?
The court house can they trace your calls? emails, ect. When you call to check on fines, court dates, ect.
A friend of mine said they can as long you know they are doing it? They just going to tell you that they are tracing the call?
I thought phone tapping was against the law the FBI/ CIA were the only one that could do it. And they need a warrent to trace phone calls?
I know this is off the wall question. I was just woundering you see it in movies, tv shows that the police trace phone calls with out warrents and a real reason to.
