What is the name of your state? WASHINGTON.

I am currently 20 years old. Last month, my buddies and I decided to go to a 21 and older casino. I used someone else's ID, and was caught. The security guard got the cop and he gave me a court date. Two weeks ago, I went to the court date, and I was caught with TWO counts. One was for "unlawful acts relating to cards of id possession" and the other was for "minor in tavern of class "H" establishment." When the judge ask if i was guilty, i said yes. He then changed it and told me that i should say not guilty and to talk to a lawyer about my situation. He gave me a pre-trial conference on the 12th of July and I dont know what to do. It says maximum penalty is 90 days in JAIL!! What do i do? does the second count really apply to me since I wasnt inside the casino? HELP PLEASE!

The judge in your case made it quite clear that you need to speak to a lawyer. Anonymous sources on the internet are not a substitute for a real lawyer. Talk to a lawyer - your judge gave you this second chance because you blew it the first time and were on your way to jail.
