Chang of plea from not guilty to guilty????

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

I recently got charged with an underage consumption citation, and pleaded not guilty. I am now aware of all of the hassle that this includes. I just got back from court and I am going to call tomorrow and change my plea to guilty and just take the penalties and get on with my life. I want to change my plea based on the reason that I have too much going on with school work and such and do not want this stress at all in my life.

Is this possible and do you think that they will allow me to do this?
