What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Is it against the law for a ex-husband to change the adresse after the ex-wife passes away when there is an excutor of the ex-wife estate.

You're going to have to give a few more details here. Change what address? Change it how? The statute is about stealing other people's mail. Are you alleging he has done so?

**A: I would say yes because the executor has control of the estate, not the ex-husband. But I am sure there is more to this story. Or maybe this is a homework question.
