A round 4 years ago I was convicted of public intox and resisting arrest. But due to the nature of the incident and no prior record it was expunged after a years probation. I am currently interested in a job that looks at one's character for the past 10 years. Should I be concerned about my past 2 mistakes coming up?

Thanks.

in oklahoma it is a course of the deferred judgement law that the case be sealed. some states it depends on the wording used at sentencing how the end resulting paperwork is handeled.
