Hi, Recently my spouse committed check fraud and stole around $20,000 from his company. They're filing charges against him for this lost amount and damages. How will these charges affect me, his spouse? Since he committed the crime will I be dragged into this mess or will he be held solely responsible for his action? We also own a house together under my name? What happens with our house? Thanks
