My brother and sister are in Nevada State Control, since 1994,
during that time my sister spent over 4 years in the home of a woman who took pride in abusing her, neglecting and emotionally torturing her. she was deprived of sleep, didnt get to speak with a social worker with out the abuser present, was never offered to speak with her attorney,
How do I get an investigation into what went wrong with their case, I would like to obtain copies of the transcripts from the beginning but they keep giving me the run around.
I need some advice and help to get through their "red tape" protection. Is it true that DCFS isnt liable for abuse of children in foster homes licensed by them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
