A friend of mine has brought to my attention a pornographic web site that is selling subscriptions to its 'members only area' which includes explicit underage pictures of myself. The pictures were taken 4 years ago when I was 17. I am located in Florida (also at the time of the pictures being taken) and the website is based in California.
I would, stupidly, trade self photos with girls (or so I thought) my age back then, not thinking that they would surface as part of a gay porn photo gallery. I don't know how long the pictures have been up, but it says (c)2003 on the bottom of the page.
The site has the following on the page:
"All models contained within are 18 years or older. All records required by 18 U.S.C.2257 are in the custody of *****NAME AND ADDRESS REMOVED*****. Sale or viewing by minors, or those who area restrict mature or adult material strictly forbidden."
The name is the creator of this website (that looks popular and is linked to from many websites online). It is my understanding that they are required to have a copy of a models ID and birthdate, which they obviously don't have from me.
Please offer any advice you can give. Thank you.
