What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Indiana

My exhusbands wife is showing my 12 year old daughter pictures of her and her mother having girls night. The pictures are of them wearing a dildo along with dancing. The new wife has told my daughter when she is a little older she will be able to participate in these girls night. My ex is a county sheriff and his new wife is a detective. Also my ex father in law is a convicted child molester, we have not seen him since we found out but I figure since they are in law enforcement they would know better and I am just being over protective. Is this considered a form of child porn? Regardless, I don't want my daughter alone with them until I have this figured out. Please help.

Child porn? No.

Inappropriate? Yes. I would suggest you write a certified (RRR) Letter to your ex telling him that is such comments and exposure does not immediately stop that you will file for a modification of visitation to supervised and exclude the new wife until she goes through counseling.

While is is not child pronography and is inappropriate, it may still represent more than that.

Since your ex is a sheriff (deputy?) and new wife also in law enforcement, the usual methods of reporting may be ineffective and counter productive, so it might be a good idea to utilize a 3rd party, mandated reporter (doctor, therapist, teacher, counselor) to make the reports so that their validity might be evaluated before it is tagged as a custody battle and brushed aside. Also make sure that they are informed that paternal grandfather's record of sexual misconduct.

Are they in the same county as you?

Yes, they are in the same county as I am. They bought a house about 5 minutes from me so he could be near the kids.

**A: bunch of frickin sicko's.

Not only is the described conduct inappropriate, it may actually be sanctionable.

Income is income, and you may not want to mess with that income stream where child support is at issue, but those whom have elected to "protect and serve" are under a higher duty to uphold a higher standard of a better image publicly. Sort of like Miss America, should not be a night club stripper. It ruins the public image of wholesomeness and the like.

Most law enforcement departments have internal regulations, as well as statewide obligations, to act in ways, on duty and/or off-duty, which uphold that desireous, wholesome, public image.

A simple letter describing the conditions you have described here, addressed to the head of the law enforcement agency employing your ex, will create a firestorm of activity that you would not believe.
