Hi i am currently facing Misdemeanor shoplifting in the city of colorado springs.
This is my first time facing charges and i am 18.
I was wondering what the minimum and maximum sentencing is(dollar ammount, 50$)

I plan on pleading guilty, and just getting this offer with, hopefully getting away with just a fine. I am not a resident of Colorado and i plan on moving to california after my court date.
