What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?CA

I am facing a court appointment on 8/5/05 for a "complaint" of prostitution. Im assuming I have to plead guilty or innocent.....since I have already admitted to cops on the day of the "bust" (12/22/04) on tape-recorder that I was involved in the activity (they did NOT issue me any ticket or arrest me that day or later, since they basically wanted my booker's/and ex-pimp's information, which I DID provide),

Im assuming I can only plead guilty anyway since I did admit to it...so thats going to be my plee....

My question IS....what are usually the punishments issued to a plead of "guilty" on a "complaint" of prostitution in CA??

Fees/probation/incareceration, etc?????

Any information would be very helpful, thanks!

This is also my first criminal offense/complaint.

Ex-Escort in CA
