What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

What does it mean to get charged with complicity in a theft by deception case? Whats the most that will happen to you? Can you go to jail for that?

According to a quick google search, >$300 is a felony, <$300 is a misdemeanor.

Either way, get an attorney and speak only to that attorney. Do not under any circumstances talk to the police no matter they tell you.
