Can I be convicted of a conspiracy charge if there is no other individual charged for the same offense? I live in MI.

Yes. There is no requirement that the state charge all conspirators. However, if the only other "conspirator" is a narc or cop, there was never a conspiracy (no real agreement to commit a crime). Instead, the defendant gets charged with attempt.
