I live in Texas. Signed a contract with a company to get photographs of my wedding. Paid in full, up front. Got copy of deposited ck. They said they would send me a copy of the contract. Never got it. Still don't have it.
Photos were taken, photos were lost. Have been told I will get a refund, haven't seen it yet. Have been told (both via phone or email) that I would get a copy of the contract. Nada.
Even sent certified letter last month. No reply.
What are my options? Anybody?
