What is the name of your state? AZ
What if the minor says you gave them alcohol - how do they determine if you are guilty? He said he said situation. What is the law and is there jail time. Do you need an attorney

The police investigate, turn the report over to the DA, and the DA decides if there is sufficient cause to seek a complaint and file charges. If it goes to trial a judge and jury decide the issue.
