Felon /caregiver

Can I be a chore person for a family member who was injured in a car accident while working. I would be getting paid by their employer insurance or auto insurance company not the state. I have a felony from 2008 for embezzlement. I was discharged from probation in 2013

A felony conviction precludes you from participating in the state caregiver program that would allow you to receive payment in that manner.

When you say, you would be paid by their employer insurance, do you mean an FSA?
