What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I just dropped assult charges on my boyfriend on the grounds that he gets some help. He is getting help. The court ordered that we have no contact with each other for 13 weeks. They made the decision w/o consulting me first. I am very angry. There should be no reason we cant see each other as long as he continues to get the help he needs. Is there any way that I can get the order reduced or revoked?

The fact you dropped charges does not mean a thing. Your boyfriend has been charged with a crime and you can do nothing about it. Maybe after 13 weeks you can learn to live without a bozo that hits women.
